Our mission is to be a church where every person of every nationality feels welcomed to worship and serve God together! Our aim is to honor God, make disciples for Him, and develop Christian leaders who function at their highest potential in ministry. We desire to: impart grace,, equip, support, empower, license and release five-fold ministry leaders into the culture to plant churches, start Christian businesses and evangelize communities to impact the world for Jesus Christ!

We believe through fervent prayer, consistent outreach, and the preaching of the gospel of Jesus Christ we can have a positive impact on our  world today. We  desire to represent Christ well by demonstrating the Fruit  of the Spirit, teaching the Bible with exegetical excellence, and ministering to people at their point of need. Minister  Aurora S. Wells is a genuine gift to the body of Christ.  Her prophetic preaching and anointed psalmist ministry is fueled by a deep passion and mantle for intercession and prayer.  She was licensed as a minister of the gospel in June of 2006 under the ministry of Bishop Carl Clark Sr.  Minister Wells has served alongside her husband, Pastor Hilton R. Wells in ministry for many years. Apart from being a worship leader, choir director, women’s conference speaker and Sundayschool teacher, Minister Wells is also a published author.  Her first book, “Prayers that Bring Deliverance for Teens” is a prayer manual written to bring healing and deliverance to both teen agers and adults.  Minister Wells has committed her life to serving Christ, becoming a virtuous woman, a loving wife, a godly mother and a handmaiden for the Lord Jesus Christ.

Pastor Hilton R. Wells is an apostolic and prophetic voice to his generation. He has been in Christian ministry for over twenty- five years. He was licensed into the gospel ministry in June of 1998 by the late Bishop Charles D. Williams of the Northern District Church of God in Christ in Anchorage, Alaska. He was later ordained and installed as a pastor in June of 2006 under the full-gospel /nondenominational ministry of Apostle Carl Clark Sr.  Pastor Wells served as pastor of Rivers of Living Water church in Deridder, Louisiana for nearly sixteen years. He founded and simultaneously pastored Rivers of Living Water church in Alexandria, Louisiana for over seven years. He and his wife trained and equipped leaders and their families to lead these churches before they founded Oasis Church in Shreveport, Louisiana in February of 2022.  Pastor Wells is a graduate of New Orleans Baptist Theological seminary with a Master of Arts degree in Missiology. He has published two powerful books, “Speak Blessings” and “Wisdom for Marriage: Before you Say I do.” He is the husband of the lovely Minister Aurora S. Wells and they are the parents  of two of God’s greatest gifts, Ariel and Isaiah Wells.  Pastor Wells is also an  Air Force veteran who served his country faithfully for eleven years before committing his life to pursue full-time gospel ministry.
